website offers a secure and reliable system for booking
a vehicle in the Balearic Islands.
You must follow all the steps
and print your hire voucher which is to be presented to
our representative upon collection of your vehicle.
QUESTIONS
1.- ¿Can I book my car by phone, fax, email or directly at your offices?
No, you must do it through our on-line
reservations system.
2.- ¿Can I see prices before booking the car?
You can see all our prices for place and dates you want a car without any commitment.
If prices are okay, then you can reserve on-line.
3.- ¿Can I choose the brand or model of my car?
Our system books categories (example: Economy 3 door), so there can be many models and brands for each category;
Therefore it is not possible for us to guarantee you´ll get a specific model. If at the moment you receive the car we have availability of the one you want,
then we will give it to you. The same thing with fuel; you cannot choose between gasoline or diesel.
4.- ¿Do I need a credit card to make my booking?
You can book your car without giving details of your credit card (Unless you want to pay on-line), but when you receive your car you must pay with credit card anyways.
5.- ¿Can I get a car with a debit card?
No, we only accept credit cards.
6.- ¿Will I receive my car in the Airport?
No. Our agent will directly assist you in the meeting point and take you to our shuttle
bus that will bring you to our office, five minutes away from the airport.
7.- ¿Which documents do I need to receive my car?
Please bring your passport or ID card, drivers licence and credit card. If there are additional drivers,
passport or ID card and drivers licence.
8.- ¿Where can I return the car?.
You have many options. Directly at the airport, at your hotel or at any of our offices.
Remember that if you return it at the Airport you will have to leave the fuel deposit empty.
9.- ¿Are there age restrictions for renting a car?
For economy cars 22 years old and a two years driver licence. For all other cars, you must be 27 years old and at least a four year driver license
10.- ¿How can I find my car if my flight arrives late at night and delayed?
If you give us your fight number and time of arrival, there will be always someone waiting for you at the meeting point 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
However an "out of ours" could be charged if you arrive between 22:00 and 8:00 (€ 30 + VAT)
11.- ¿Can you deliver the car to my hotel?
Yes, but you will have to pay an additionally € 25 + VAT unless you hire a car for seven or more days.
You must specify your hotel´s name at the moment you make the booking or it will be impossible for us to deliver the car,
and remember delivery will be within office opening hours.
12.- ¿Can I return the car in a different place than I received it?
Yes, but you will have to pay an additionally € 30 + VAT unless you hire a car for seven or more days.
13.- ¿Can I pay in Cash money?
You can pay in euros, but remember that you will have to show your credit card.
14.- ¿What is not covered by the insurance "Super CDW"?
Lost or stolen keys, damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to the wheel or to the rim, tow truck charge when it is client's fault, damage to the radio-cassete-cd, use of wrong fuel, lost or stolen car parts (spare wheel, jack, etc); if they are stolen the client must report it to the police, if not the cost will be charged to the client, dangerous driving or under the effects of alcohol or drugs ANY DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE THAT ARE NOT REPORTED WITH AN ACCIDENT REPORT
15.- ¿Are there any extra payments besides the ones shown in the Web?
Our prices are all included. However there are some extras like baby seats
or roof racks and also fuel that you must pay locally.
16.- ¿Should I return the car with the empty fuel tank?.
We have two options: You can return your car directly to departures terminal with an empty tank or bring it back to our office with a full tank and we will make a refund.
17.- ¿Can I take a car off of the islands?
No you are not allowed, as you are not covered by our insurance
18.- ¿How can I cancel a booking and get my money back?
Simply by sending an E-mail with your
booking number to reservas@hiperrentacar.com or calling
to 902-446464. Refunds will be done according to our cancellations
policy shown in the “general conditions” section.
